I love going to get machine treatments at Glow. The ladies are always friendly and accommodating. I have done Kryo, EM Shape and Hydrafacial and for everything I’ve had great results. They answer all your questions and give you reassurance on what’s being done.

BOTOX DOESNT WORK AFTER 2 TRYS AND LIP FILLER DISAPPEARED AFTER 1.5 Months I am quite sad at how i have been treated at this place. i paid 150.- for botox on my forehead as i have been insecure for years. I had the botox but was confused because everytime my friends told me about getting botox they should mark your head etc and have you move so they can see which muscles to inject. Glow beauty did none of this. I also saw from my friends that botox usually starts to take affect after 3 days; mine didn’t. It got to 14 days later and it didn’t work. I messaged them and they offered to do it again. I went to another appointment had it done again and after another 2 weeks and 3 days it didn’t work again, this is when i asked for a refund. I’ve paid for a service that they didn’t do properly nor did it work. They offered again for a third time but sadly i had to cancel as i was sick. I had my lips done also at the same time as my 2nd botox try. They did it so fast i didn’t even have time to breathe or take in the pain and it resulted in me almost passing out and been sick in the toilet. I messaged again Yesterday to ask again for a refund and i was given a reply of no and that they gave me it twice for free. This wasn’t correct, they did it once it didn’t work so they did it again and it didn’t work again and the third time i cancelled the appointment, and of course they should do it again if it didn’t work. They also offered me money off my lips if i went a second time. Although it was too fast for me i was happy with the result of my lips. I have asked many times for a refund even before the second time they did them. it’s also not the botox as i have since had it done in the u.k. and after 2/3 days the lines on my head have now gone. I still didn’t get a reply from them and they are now ignoring my messages. Why wouldn’t you refund someone 150.- if what they have done hasn’t worked? I have given chance after chance after chance to refund my money and i feel it’s very unprofessional and has caused me a lot of stress. I will NOT be using this place again.
