I am so happy and fortunate that Individuale opened in St. Gallen. It is a truly wonderful Zen like place. The manicure, pedicure, waxing and massages are excellent! I am very picky with the aestheticians I go to, but Lucia is amazing. She is Professional and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend this Oasis to everyone.

The scalp spa with Lucia was without a doubt one of the most wonderful experiences I've ever had. During the treatment, I felt as if time stood still. Afterward, I was more relaxed than I've ever been before. You can immediately sense that Lucia performs her work with genuine joy and passion. Not only because the 60-minute treatment lasted considerably longer, but especially because of the many thoughtful details. Everything is beautifully arranged, and she goes to incredible lengths to ensure you feel completely at ease and can enjoy a perfect experience. For anyone who loves having their hair stroked, this scalp spa is an absolute dream and so much better than just a simple stroke :-) I will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

An absolutely unique experience! The Intense Scalp Spa treatment was simply exclusive and fantastic! The combination of head treatment and facial massage was perfectly coordinated and very relaxing. What impressed me most was Lucia's friendliness and expertise; she explained everything in detail before beginning and took excellent care of me throughout the entire treatment. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, just what I needed to unwind. I feel reborn and can highly recommend this treatment! 5/5 stars

I'm thrilled with the buccal massage I received from Lucia in St. Gallen! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and Lucia is extremely professional. The massage effectively released tension and helped alleviate facial pain. It was a very soothing and effective treatment, perfectly tailored to my needs. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back!
